underfunded public school system + overpoliced neighborhoods + lack of community resources + not enough jobs + black community forgotten + child, age ___, shot near the corner of __________ and ___________, forgotten by the next headline + segregated geographically + broken relationships between officers and communities + crooked politicians + illegal guns pooling in from indiana = a city painted red

on march 24th, 2018 - the people will take to the streets nationwide to march for their lives. while tomorrow, we honor the lives lost in mass shootings across the nation -

today, march 23rd, 2018 we honor the 650 lives lost to violence in chicago, 2017.

not the first, and not the last.

all proceeds will be donated to MASK (mothers/men against senseless killings), a chicago based non-profit driven by donations and dedicated to :

- maintaining a neighborhood presence
- violence prevention
- providing community resources
